Exchange requests or returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase (please see instructions below).

RETURNS:

ISL provides FREE returns within the United States. To make a return please send an email to: info@isntshelovelystore.com, stating your order # and your reason for making the return. We will then send you a return label via email which you can affix to the package and drop the package in the mail. Once we have received your return, we will process and refund the price of item plus taxes if paid.

 

Payment Methods & Options

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as Paypal. Sales Tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in New York State. Certain counties and cities within this state levy an additional sales tax which may be applicable to your order. State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.
